前回の場面の続きからです。

Dialogue 

MARTY: Check out that 4 x 4. That is hot. （あの四駆を見て。カッコいいね）

MAN: Okay. Back her up. （いいよ。バックして）

MARTY: Some day, Jennifer. Some day. Wouldn't it be great...to take that truck up to the lake? Throw a couple of sleeping bags in the back... lie out underneath the stars?  （いつの日か、ジェニファー。いつの日か。あのトラックで湖に行けたら最高だね。寝袋を二つ後ろに積んで、星空の下で横になるんだ）

JENNIFER: Stop it. （やめて）

MARTY: What?  （何）

JENNIFER: Does your Mom know...about tomorrow night? （明日の夜のこと、お母さん知ってるの）

MARTY: Oh, get outta town. My Mom thinks I'm goin' camping with the guys. Well, Jennifer. My mother would freak out if she knew I was goin' up there with you and l'd get the standard lecture about...how she never did that kind of stuff when she was a kid. I mean, look, I think the woman was born a nun.  （まさか。男友達とキャンプに行くと思ってるよ。うーん、ジェニファー。君と一緒に行くなんてことが分かったら、お母さんは頭がおかしくなるよ。自分が若い頃はそんなことはしなかったって、いつもの説教になる。つまり、ほら、お母さんは生まれつきの尼さんなんだ）

Wouldn't it be great...to take that truck up to the lake? 仮定の意味が強いので、willではなくwouldが使われている。

Oh, get outta town. 直訳すると町から出て行けだが、驚きを示す意味でも使われる。

I think the woman was born a nun. be born ～で、～の状態で生まれる。
